Vendor Membership Application

Candidates for this category of membership are individuals, business organizations or associations that are directly or indirectly engaged in providing products or services to the Accounts Receivable Management and Recovery industry. Prior or existing membership in ACA International is not a prerequisite to membership in this category of membership. Vendor members shall not serve as members of the Board of Directors, serve as officers of this Association or serve as a member of a committee. Members shall pay dues as established by the Board of Directors , shall be entitled to register for all meetings of the Association and to such other benefits as the Board of Directors may decide. Membership in this Division shall not confer the right of vote in any matters of this Association.

Legislative Membership Application

Any person, Firm Corporation outside the States of Colorado and Wyoming, who is in good standing of ACA International, may become a Legislative member of this Association. Members shall pay dues as established by the Board of Directors. Legislative Members shall have no vote on any business transacted by the Association or be eligible to hold any elective office of the Association. Legislative members may attend the annual meeting at additional cost as determined by the Board of Directors. Membership will include receiving legislative updates as distributed to the unit and quarterly newsletter as published.

Affiliate Membership Application

Any person, firm or corporation outside the States of Colorado and Wyoming, who is a member in good standing of ACA International, may become an Affiliate member of this Association. An Affiliate member may attend all meetings of the Association and participate in the discussion, but shall have no vote on any business transacted by the Association or be eligible to hold any elective office of the Association.
